New to IE 6 sp2, it now includes a built in popup stopper that is enabled by default. While it does block pop-ups, it does not offer nearly as many features as RIP Pop-Ups. So you can disable the IE popup stopper by clicking Tools within the IE toolbar and then selecting Internet Options. Then click on the Privacy tab within the form the pops up. At the bottom of the form, un-check Block pop-ups.
